Lounge

The ground floor has a lounge with an original working fireplace, leather sofas, a small table and a selection of chairs.  There is a stereo amplifier with aux in/ ipod lead and speakers.  A large selection of cushions are available to increase seating for groups of young people wishing to use the room to meet.  The room overlooks the front garden and the beach.

Dining Room

Across from the lounge is the dining room which is normally set up to seat 22-24 and an extra table can be added if needed.  The dining room also has an original working fireplace and looks over the front garden and the beach. For babies we have several highchairs available.

Kitchen

There are folding doors that can separate the kitchen and dining room or can be left open for a larger space.   The kitchen has a 6 burner Miele induction hob, 2 Neff steam ovens, microwave, refridgerators and freezer, dishwasher and is equipped to cater for groups.

Laundry

Full laundry facilities are available on request including washing machines, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor spaces and parking

There is private parking for 7 cars, additional parking is available in the lane which creates a circular drive in front of the house.  The main front garden has picnic tables and a BBQ. There is a small side garden next to the stream which is an additional play space.  A footbridge crosses the stream and leads onto the beach entrance.
